Flashback Masterchef Australia

Ben's Masterchef Journey at a glance....

Me & my sister made this video based on Ben's Masterchef journey! Not really upto the mark, but not too bad either :)

There came a point when Ben almost left the cooking show..

Coastal MasterChef star Ben Milbourne risked throwing away his chance of $100,000 and a cook book to save a fellow competitor last night.
However, he was talked into staying on and proved to be a cut above the rest winning the elimination challenge to stay in the competition.
After his team lost the Hindu wedding cooking challenge, Mr Milbourne was forced into the elimination challenges, which were all about cakes.
The first challenge asked the contestants to name a table full of different cakes.
Nineteen-year-old Emma O'Shaughnessy, the adopted sister of Mr Milbourne on the show, was the first competitor to get her cake wrong before Mr Milbourne chose the exact same cake only to get it wrong as well.

The pair were forced into a cook-off, but not before Mr Milbourne threatened to walk off the show.
"I came onto this show to learn and Emma came on it to win.
"I will miss this, but I'm not cooking against her and if it saves her I'll pull out of the competition," Mr Milbourne said last night.
However, what Mr Milbourne didn't realise is that if he pulled out someone else would take his place in the elimination.
"If I pull out someone else will have to take my place and that isn't fair."

The cook-off was to make a layered caked, something way out of Mr Milbourne's comfort zone.
He then put his creative hat on and made a raspberry mojito cake, which trumped Miss O'Shaughnessy's raspberry and chocolate creation by just the smallest of margins.
Mr Milbourne was very emotional after the result was read out by judge Matt Preston.
