Chocolate evening with Ben Milbourne
In conjunction of Chocolate Winterfest Latrobe 2014, House of Anvers is organizing 'A DINNER WITH THREE CHOCOLATE MASTERS' on Saturday 9th August at 7:30 pm. Ben Milbourne, along with Igor Van Gerwen (Belgian chocolatier & owner of Anvers Confectionary) & Pascal Janvier (internationally renowned chocolatier) will be there to prepare the four course degustation dinner. While Ben will be preparing a Mexican inspired entree & main with cacao, you will get to taste a super tasty Peruvian inspired chocolate dessert made by Igor. And last but not the least, Pascal will be creating a chocolate sclupture masterpiece in front of your eyes!! They will have all courses matched with wine and/or beer and coffee or hot chocolate.
